About the job Youth Mental Health Clinician Residential Program (Part-Time, Toronto ON) This position is ideal for Registered Social Workers (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) with at least three years of clinical experience providing trauma-informed assessment, therapy, and care coordination for female youth ages 12 to17 who are survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this part-time, permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.32 -$35.31, working up to 24 hours per week, with two openings available in a 24/7 residential treatment environment dedicated to trauma recovery and empowerment. About the Opportunity HealthOPM is recruiting on behalf of a respected Toronto-based non-profit offering live-in, trauma-informed treatment services for youth facing exploitation and mental health challenges. As a Youth Mental Health Clinician, you'll provide intake, assessment, therapy, and group facilitation, ensuring client-centered, evidence-informed care that promotes healing and resilience. Location: North York,ON. Key Responsibilities Complete clinical intakes and eligibility assessments Provide individual and group treatment using trauma-informed methods Coordinate complex care planning and service navigation Maintain accurate case documentation in TREAT Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external supports Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Social Work or Health-Related discipline Registered and in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO Minimum 3 years experience supporting youth with trauma or exploitation histories Skilled in harm-reduction, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed care Assets Knowledge of GTA-based youth services and sexual exploitation supports Additional training in gender-based violence or interpersonal trauma Fluency in another language (asset) Meta Description Hiring part-time Youth Mental Health Clinicians (RSW/CRPO) for residential trauma recovery program in Toronto. 24 hrs/week. $30$35/hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
