Edmonton, Canada All Weather at Home Full time

Hello. It’s nice to meet you. If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. We can’t promise where you’ll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same because no matter who or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started. At All Weather, safety isn’t just a requirement—it’s part of how we take care of our people. We’re looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to support our Health & Safety team and help keep our workplaces safe, compliant, and well‑organized. This role is a great fit for someone who’s highly organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in building or continuing a career in occupational health and safety. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting training, documentation, and compliance so our teams can do their best work—safely. What You’ll Do Coordinate, schedule, track, and document safety training and certifications. Monitor training expiry dates and organize new and re‑certification courses. Support contractor, client, and visitor safety orientations and maintain compliance records. Maintain and update Health & Safety manuals, procedures, and records. Assist with developing Safe Work Practices, Hazard Assessments, and Work Procedures. Manage Health & Safety documentation in SharePoint and maintain employee H&S files. Maintain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) system and Workstation Manual. Perform data entry, generate reports, and develop basic safety dashboards. Support COR audit documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items. Are you built for this? Education in Business Administration or Health & Safety is an asset, along with a strong ability to organize information, follow processes, and maintain accurate records. Enrollment in or completion of a post‑secondary Occupational Health & Safety program (e.g., MSO, NCSO) is preferred, with an interest in continuous learning and professional growth. Minimum 3 years of administrative or office experience, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay detail‑focused. Health & Safety experience and working knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation, WCB, and COR/PIR is an asset, paired with a strong sense of accountability and compliance. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Intelex or other Safety Management Software), with the ability to analyze information, maintain organized digital systems, and generate reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence supporting employees, contractors, and leadership in a professional, approachable manner. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Naturally organized, detail‑driven, and methodical, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and follow‑through. If you’re interested in this role, we encourage you to apply regardless of the criteria we’ve asked for.
