As a Bilingual Health Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for patients and healthcare providers. Your day will include: Acting as a liaison between patients and providers Managing calls, emails, and scheduling Ensuring accurate patient information and confidentiality Providing program overviews and answering questions What We’re Looking For High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience Strong customer service skills (medical terminology is a plus) Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Bilingualism (French & English) is required Event Details Interviews will be conducted on‑site during the event.
