About The Role
This is a Full-Time position with working hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm. As a Bilingual Health Services Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for patients and healthcare providers. Your day will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between patients and providers
  • Managing calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Ensuring accurate patient information and confidentiality
  • Providing program overviews and answering questions

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer service skills (medical terminology is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is required

  • Interviews will be conducted on-site during the event.
