A natural people magnet with a gift for reading situations and adapting energ Obsessed with organization, impact, and excellence Ready to grow with a bold, ambitious team Passionate about culture, not just process Comfortable juggling HR strategy and executive operations at a high level What You’ll Own HR Operations Lead end-to-end recruitment: source, attract, and onboard top talent who match our DNA Manage and elevate employee experience, from first day to career milestones Support leadership in creating a high-performance, high-happiness culture Stay on the pulse of Quebec labor law, including CNESST and Normes du travail, proactively protecting and supporting our people Organize trainings, workshops, and growth opportunities for all staff Executive Coordination Partner directly with ownership to streamline operations, communication, and execution Manage executive calendars, correspondence, meetings, and special projects Be a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador internally and externally Your Superpowers Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and executive support Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) Proficient in Quebec labor laws, specifically CNESST and Normes du travail Master of discretion, diplomacy, and people-first thinking Highly organized, with a sharp eye for details and a bias for action Passionate about emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal development Tech-savvy: HRIS, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and a fast learner on new tools Skilled in using AI tools to optimize efficiency (e.g., HR tech, automation, and analytics) We invest in people.
