This position oversees critical workflows that support sales partners, merchants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination between departments such as Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Support.Manage and optimize application processing and approval timelinesOversee daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and complianceServe as the primary liaison between Sales, Underwriting, Customer Support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communicationMonitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance speed and qualityResolve escalations promptly and provide guidance to internal teams and external partnersMaintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligationsDevelop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and reduce riskIdentify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements to improve scalabilityTrain and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to best practicesPrepare and deliver operational reports to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projectsEnsure timely follow-through on all tasks to deliver an exceptional experience for internal stakeholders and external clientsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree: with a concentration in a related field preferred3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role3+ years of Card Present payment processing experienceHands‑on experience and working knowledge of credit card terminals and point-of-sale (POS) devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operationProven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and improving operational processesStrong understanding of compliance standards and risk managementExcellent leadership, coaching, and team development skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvementsSkilled in resolving escalations and managing complex operational challengesCapable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable working in dynamic environments and driving change initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with data analysis toolsCRM expertise, with experience navigating and utilizing customer relationship management platforms effectivelyLIFE AT KORT PAYMENTSWe believe work should be #J-18808-Ljbffr
