Veuillez noter que des outils d’intelligence artificielle sont utilisés dans le processus de présélection des candidatures.Il s’agit d’un affichage pour un poste actuellement vacant.Pay range is $59,000 to $65,000.Now if you were to come on board as aHospitality Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:Provide engaging and anticipative service to all office employees, executives, and visitors.Lead a team and manage all HR functions, support, payroll and associate development plansPerform administrative tasks and provide guidance to team in completion, including time-off and daily coverage schedulesCoordinate day-ahead team reviews and daily activities to ensure timely, accurate completion of tasksInspire, motivate, and engage staff to prioritize excellent customer service and hospitality above all elseWork closely with facilities, local technology teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure a flawless in office experienceCollaborate with internal partners on the entire meeting/event lifecycle including critical paths, resource allocation, sourcing of specific products, assignment of responsibilities, management of logisticsCoordinate with external vendors and catering suppliers as required, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for in office and external meetings and eventsSupport and carry out security, fire, health, and safety guidelines as requiredCoordinate with 3rd party vendors relating to systems, maintenance, etc.Assist with room set ups and AV supportLight housekeeping and other duties as requiredThink you have what it takes to be our Hospitality Manager?Degree or working experience in a luxury hospitality environment is considered a strong asset – corporate, restaurant or hotels. Preference given to those with events/catering experienceAt least 3 years in a supervisory or management roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship building, analytical and adaptability skillsStrong technical skills and ability to learn and operate internal and external systems.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet frequent deadlines.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint etc.) Proficiency in event Management or Rooms Booking Software is a bonusResourceful learner with an improvement mindset and strong problem-solving abilitiesCompass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate.
