Head Coach – Orangetheory Fitness Canada Delta, British Columbia, Canada Overview Join a fast‑growing, award‑winning fitness brand as a Head Coach. Benefits Industry‑leading compensation plans and benefits Career development opportunities Complimentary OTF sweat sessions Fitness‑casual dress code Responsibilities Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure studio success Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals Recruit, train, and educate OTF coaches to ensure their success Handle member concerns in a professional, objective manner with goal of resolution Collaborate with the sales team to guide interested consumers (intros) through their first Orangetheory workout Conduct fitness staff meetings and attend all relevant mandatory webinars and requested meetings Build the monthly coaching schedule Lead and motivate members through pre‑designed workouts Understand the science behind workouts, heart‑rate focused training programs, and competitor activity Demonstrate and use all equipment utilized in every workout session Qualifications Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification CPR/AED/First Aid certification Balancing commitment to classes and administrative duties, flexible scheduling to meet studio needs Minimum of 20‑25 hours per week in studio (15+ coaching, 10+ administrative) Previous leadership or coaching experience preferred Passion for fitness and ability to inspire others Equal Employment Opportunity Orangetheory Fitness is committed to being an equal employer and a leader in supporting and valuing the diversity of the people, organizations, and communities we serve.
