Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support digital media installation projects across TransLink’s station network in Vancouver. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on project management experience in the transit and digital signage industry while working independently with guidance from our experienced Toronto‑based PMO team. What you’ll do... Coordinate installation schedules and logistics for digital media deployments at TransLink stations Liaise with TransLink operations teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestone completion Manage overnight work schedules and coordinate with transit operational windows Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication logs Support vendor coordination and on‑site installation oversight Assist with permit applications and regulatory compliance requirements Provide regular project updates to Senior Project Manager and Toronto PMO Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks during installations Who you are... 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts and non‑standard hours as project demands require Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfort working in active transit environments and construction zones Preferred Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in construction, telecommunications, or AV installation projects Familiarity with transit operations (or similar environments) and safety protocols Previous experience working with government or municipal clients Knowledge of digital signage or media technology systems Experience with WorkSafeBC processes and procedures What’s in it for you...
