Join our team as a Customer Care Representative at Connect Hearing Canada. In this role you will support our diverse clinic network across the Greater Victoria area, providing exceptional customer service and managing client accounts. Working Location Victoria, BC (Requires a vehicle for travel around the Greater Victoria area) Reporting to Regional Clinic Manager Day in the Life of a Customer Care Representative Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations Assisting with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs – training provided What You Get in Return Hourly wage starting at $20 per hour (full‑time) Extended Health Benefits Package starting on day one 3 weeks of vacation to start, increasing with tenure 6 days of personal time in the first year Additional days off, including your birthday Monday–Friday business hours Eligible for quarterly bonus Growth and development opportunities, including education sponsorship Opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with or interest in accounts receivable reconciliation Alignment with our value of helping others "Can‑Do" attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for growth We’d Love to Hear From You If Even if you don’t meet all criteria, if you are willing to learn and go all in, we’d still like to hear from you.
