As we continue to expand, we're seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join us as Skilled Cabinet Makers.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cabinet Making, with the ability to interpret blueprints, work with various materials, and execute construction, assembly and finishing of millwork projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for, ensuring that projects are completed accurately and within specified timelines. Restaurant construction is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Measurements and Layout: Take precise measurements and mark cutting lines on materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project plans.
  • Cutting and Shaping: Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to design specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and ensure the quality of finished products, identifying and correcting any defects or issues.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and find creative solutions to challenges that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse millwork projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of various woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand, power tools, and woodworking machines.
  • Has a variety of own hand tools (tool allowance provided). Large & small power tools provided (individually or by group).
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cutting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
