Bilingual Marketing/Communication Specialist (English & French)

Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration and Software Testing for industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Marketing/Communication Specialist to work on leading-edge technology products. The successful candidate for this full-time position will be a part of a highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: Montreal, Quebec
Schedule: HYBRID (2 days in office)

The Global Communications team is a committed and creative team that contributes to the company's success through strategic communications, social responsibility, and public affairs initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Working hand in hand with our business units and corporate functions, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support different projects, both internal and external.
  • Are you ready to Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs, and corporate event so Develop and support various company-wide communication channels and vehicles (newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc).
  • Develop concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee communications and external communications.
Basic Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in corporate or marketing communications.
  • Bilingual with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English and French.
  • Experience in communications planning and project management.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of autonomy and self-discipline.
  • Ability to show initiative, autonomy, and creativity.
