The Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority (BRFA), EMS Division, is seeking a full-time Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) to fill a Temporary Maternity Leave position (with possibility of extension). This role serves the vibrant community of Bonnyville, Alberta, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a forward-thinking management team in a diverse and growing region.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality ground ambulance services with professionalism.Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness.Participate in continuous learning and development.QualificationsACP, Registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics (ACOP).Valid Class 4 driver’s license (with acceptable abstract).Valid BLS CPR Certificate.Assets1+ year ground ambulance experience.F.A.R.E. test or equivalent.ITLS & PEARS certifications.Compensation & PerksCompetitive compensation: $37.04 - $48.32/hour$3.25/hour weekend premium.Free on-site accommodation for scheduled staff.Annual Alberta College of Paramedics fee reimbursement.Robust mental health support program.Work ScheduleThis position follows a compressed work week with a 28-day rotation, consisting of 12-hour shifts.
