We offer attractive pay, flexible work options, a great corporate culture, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future. #WeAreWSP What you can expect to do here Develop, coordinate, and review advanced BIM models for mechanical and HVAC systems using Revit, with a focus on large-scale rail and transit projects Integrate Civil 3D models for seamless site, utility, and infrastructure coordination Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure optimal integration of mechanical and civil systems Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and documentation for all phases of design and construction Support clash detection, model validation, and quality control to ensure project excellence Provide technical support throughout the design process and contribute to the evolution of BIM standards and best practices Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and help build strong professional relationships Support business development activities and promote BIM innovation within the team What you’ll bring to WSP Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems using Revit, ideally in rail, transit, or infrastructure projects Proven experience integrating Civil 3D models for multidisciplinary coordination Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM processes, and NFPA standards (NFPA 130, NFPA 502) Experience in a consulting engineering environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset) Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn and grow Bonus Points For Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or other advanced BIM tools. Hands-on experience with clash detection and model coordination.
