Take on an impactful role as a temporary 0.600 FTE Learning Resource Teacher at Len Wood Middle School. This position focuses on delivering specialized support to students with diverse learning needs. To qualify, you must have a Master’s or Diploma in Special Education and a valid BC teaching certificate. The role encompasses case management, assessment administration, and development of Individual Education and Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support is vital.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage documentation for student cases
• Implement and evaluate Individual Education Plans
• Participate in collaborative planning with educational teams
• Engage directly in classroom support for diverse learners
• Guide Certified Education Assistants under school leadership

Requirements:
• Master’s or Diploma in Special Education
• Current BC teaching certificate required
• Experience with CBIEP development in MyEd BC
• Strong skills in student data technology
