Marshall Law Group is a growing Southwestern Ontario litigation firm looking for an experienced litigator who wants the upside of running their own book — uncapped, commission-based income and the option to practice through their own professional corporation — with the support, infrastructure, and collegiality of an established team. You bring the advocacy; we bring the platform.

Who you are
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
5+ years of litigation experience, with the proven ability to run files independently as lead counsel.
Comfortable in court, with strong drafting, advocacy, and client-management skills.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated — you want to build something, not just bill hours.
Sound judgment, professionalism, and a practical, client-focused mindset.
Experience in general civil / commercial / employment / municipal / tribunal / criminal litigation is an asset.
