Marshall Law Group seeks an experienced litigator with five or more years of litigation experience. The role offers genuine carriage of files, client relationship ownership, and commission-based income. Candidates should bring strong drafting, advocacy, court, and client-management skills while working through their own professional corporation if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run litigation files independently as lead counsel
- Set strategies and maintain genuine carriage of matters
- Build and manage client relationships
- Advocate confidently in court
- Collaborate through strategy discussions and shared precedents
Requirements:
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Five or more years of litigation experience
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-management skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to building a practice
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and practical client focus
