  1. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  2. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
  3. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  4. Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  5. Manage contracts
  6. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  7. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  8. Oversee the preparation of reports
  9. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  10. Provide customer service
  11. Manage knowledge
  12. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
  13. Proofread data
  14. Proofread to ensure accuracy
