Based out of our unique Winnipeg Home Office and reporting to the Executive Vice President, you are a creative Leader that can build an awesome Team through strong relationships and servant Leadership.

What will you do?
  • Be part of creating a compelling vision for what is possible for Customers and Team Members.
  • Model and coach what it means to Lead a Team and deliver great service.
  • Work with the Team to build the vision for what success looks like for people, brand and financial growth.
  • Build and Lead a Team that is empowered to lead the daily operations of our Stores and champion new strategies that help us strive to be better. Because you are great with people, you know how to navigate those situations with judgment and empathy. You coach and get out of the way to let the Team thrive and grow.
  • Recognize, develop and celebrate our Teams to continue to build on our amazing culture. Although we are growing and creating opportunity we don’t want to feel like a big and impersonal company, you will help us do it in a way that still feels like the company where we know everyone’s name.
  • You empower and promote Teamwork. We are all in this together, that means Teamwork is more than a value that sits on the wall; as Leaders, we are there to serve our Team. 
  • You are a great communicator that can build relationships by walking around and talking to Team Members. Your leadership by walking around approach helps you and your Team lead and interpret what is happening in the business.

  • Build and Lead an inspired Team that is well coached and well placed to take on bigger roles and support our goals to grow our Team from within.
  • You work from the Home Office in Winnipeg to connect with the Teams that are building the path for the future and travel to the stores to connect with Team Members and Customers, build relationships and make sure that our plans are relevant.
