We provide clients with Automobile, Personal Property, Motorcycle, RV, Commercial and other types of insurance. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service by managing personal lines clients (home, auto, RV’s and more), ensuring their coverage best meets their individual needs. Advise clients on policy options, coverage details, premiums, endorsements, and discounts in a clear and professional manner. Quote, cross‑sell, and remarket personal lines products to best serve clients and grow our business. Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and claims accurately and in a timely fashion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and with our insurance company partners through proactive communication and timely follow‑up. Stay up to date with insurer guidelines, products, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. Collaborate with colleagues — sharing knowledge, supporting others, and maintaining the high standards of our brokerage. What We’re Looking For Must‑Have Skills Licensed at Level 1 in Alberta; Level 2 preferred Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a personal lines broker Strong customer service communication skills (verbal and written) — able to explain complex insurance clearly to clients Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks, products, or procedures Experience using Power Broker or other broker management systems Experience using many of the insurance industries leading company’s portals Motorcycle insurance experience or a strong interest/knowledge in that line of business Personality Fit Customer‑oriented, quality focused, service‑minded Enjoy working in a team while also able to act independently under your own initiative Bring knowledge and creative ideas to help enrich our team Thrive in fast paced environment; readily handle multiple tasks at the same time without sacrificing accuracy or client care Ability to think outside the box.
