Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

Our QA Test teams play a critical role in ensuring that the digital technology and services Client delivers are impactful, intuitive, and valuable to clients. As a QA Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the project team, providing leadership and direction to ensure that projects are executed with high quality and meet all defined requirements. Your efforts will be fundamental to delivering successful engagements and ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Execution: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and design specifications.Test Execution: Execute test cases, record results, and collaborate with the project team to resolve questionable issues before raising defects.Daily Reporting: Report daily test status and metrics using project tools such as Jira or TFS.Project Collaboration: Participate in team status meetings, contributing valuable information regarding status, risks, and issues.SOW Compliance: Ensure all functionalities are delivered per the Statement of Work (SOW), identifying deviations and communicating them to project leadership.Adherence to SOPs: Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to time reporting, DevOps, status reporting, and ticketing system updates (bugs, events, incidents, changes, etc.).Required Qualifications:Salesforce Experience: 4+ years of experience in testing Salesforce Applications.Preferred Qualifications:Software Development Methodology: Previous experience with an Agile software development methodology.Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.Organizational Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.Certifications (if any): Salesforce Certifications or relevant testing certifications are a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
