Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.*Your Moneris Career - What you'll do* Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams* Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously* Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions* Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging several teams to facilitate issue resolution.* Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.YourMoneris Career - What you bring* Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience* 2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate with external stakeholders* 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset* Knowledge of Java, .net or PHP, and restful API (Json) is a big PLUS* Strong documentation and client management skills* Excellent communication and time management skillsYour Moneris Career - What you getAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed—personally and professionally.
