As a manager, you will be committed to fulfilling Jump.ca’s purpose of creating amazing experiences for our customers, employees, and communities.A successful manager must have high energy levels demonstrated on the sales floor and provide leadership. You should be able to motivate and coach others to higher success and accountability. The role requires a high sense of urgency, the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under stress. Dedication to excellent customer service through policy and process execution is essential. Previous retail management experience is an asset.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining high customer service standardsManaging and motivating a team to increase sales and efficiencyRecruitment, hiring, and schedulingTraining and coaching employees to improve performanceInventory management and maintenanceImplementing company policies and proceduresResponding to customer complaints and concernsFulfilling operational tasks such as checklists, receiving, and transferring stockMust be ASP CertifiedStrong customer outreach skills and experienceWillingness to work evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
