The Director will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day production activities in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs while maintaining quality. He will ensure a safe environment for employees.Role and responsibilitiesPlanning and optimization: Participates in determining, organizing, and optimizing production activities.Management system: Helps establish and monitor the plant's overall performance in terms of production, quality, health, safety, etc.Adapts plans to meet operational challenges.Coordination: Helps coordinate teams and ensure projects are carried out successfully.Recommends improvements to facilities, equipment, tools, etc.Supervises professional employees and/or supervisors.Coach: Provides effective managerial guidance.
