What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, connecting clients, technicians, and leadership to ensure every job runs smoothly. Your Day-to-day Impact Will Include Coordinating and dispatching service calls using our internal systems. Reviewing work orders, confirming parts, and tracking job completion. Communicating clearly and confidently with clients by phone and email. Managing office deliveries and overseeing daily opening/closing procedures. Supporting leadership with administrative and project-related tasks. What You Bring Education: College diploma preferred, or 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role. Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
