Clinical Pharmacist- Infusion Clinic

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist- Infusion Clinic to join our team at Sandstones Pharmacies Glenmore Landing in Calgary, AB. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management, and care plan development. Infusion medicine related skills (knowledge about osteoporosis, iron deficiency specifically). Administer vaccines and immunizations. Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions. Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage. Kroll proficiency (data entry, billing, inventory management). Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities. Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists. Injection certification is required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
