The role: We are seeking a Senior Consultant who combines strong leadership, engagement management, and team collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and build teams. Your challenges with us Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), including data collection, analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions. Your profile: Proven experience conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and preparing associated reports and regulatory documentation. Ability to anticipate future trends and position the company for long-term success. Business acumen to identify risks and deliver value-driven solutions. Proven experience with permitting and regulatory compliance for capital projects. Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development. Strong leadership, project management, and team development capabilities; skilled at building consensus and leading cross-functional teams. Effective communicator with strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills. 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000 At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness. Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
