Your day-to-day Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects using Alithya’s framework and Microsoft Success by Design principles; Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring high-value outcomes; Facilitate strategic workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align vision and validate solutions; Build strong client relationships, providing guidance on governance, risk management, and change adoption; Coordinate cross-functional teams, removing blockers and enabling peak performance; Manage project financials, including burn rate, forecasting, change requests, and milestone completion, with precision and transparency; Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing within the delivery practice. Keys to your success Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a technical degree or diploma; Minimum 10 years of project management experience in consulting or enterprise delivery; Experience working with a PMO environment and/or change management experience, including managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations; Expertise in PPM, ERP, or CRM implementations; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments; Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches; Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive and technical audiences. Extra edge PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; MBA or advanced business degree; Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
