Superviseur, QA Investigations / Supervisor, QA Investigations Jubilant Pharma Limited Location: Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada Employment Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Objectif du poste : Gestion des rapports d'incident, des enquêtes, des mesures correctives et préventives (CAPA), de l'efficacité des CAPA ainsi que des améliorations de processus pour l'ensemble du site de Montréal de Jubilant HollisterStier. Responsabilités : Gérer le processus d'enquête, depuis le signalement des incidents, les entretiens, la collecte d'informations, l'analyse des causes profondes, les rapports d'enquête et la génération de CAPA, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise et les objectifs mondiaux, ainsi que le suivi de l'efficacité des CAPA. Veiller à ce que les enquêtes soient finalisées dans les délais définis dans la procédure de notification qualité afin d'améliorer la productivité et de respecter les délais de livraison. Publier périodiquement des rapports de classification des enquêtes à l'intention de chaque service. En collaboration avec les différents responsables de département, déterminer les actions correctives qui répondent aux préoccupations immédiates liées à la commercialisation des produits. À partir de l'analyse des causes profondes, guider les enquêteurs dans la rédaction d'actions préventives détaillées afin de minimiser les incidents de qualité similaires à l'avenir. Générer des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les enquêtes en cours et les CAPA en suspens, et les distribuer aux responsables de département. Assurer le suivi des points en suspens avec chaque responsable fonctionnel ou son représentant. En collaboration avec le spécialiste en formation et les différents chefs de service, évaluer si des mesures correctives en matière de formation sont nécessaires pour traiter toute CAPA liée aux SOP et/ou à la formation. À partir des tendances observées dans les données, identifier les possibilités d'amélioration et élaborer des plans de mise en œuvre avec les différents chefs de service. Agir en tant que représentant qualité pour répondre aux questions et préoccupations des clients au nom de JHS Montréal. Accomplir les tâches supplémentaires assignées par la direction. Relations externes : Fournisseurs Clients Relations internes : Exploitation, qualité, production, commercial, validation, services techniques. Formation et expérience : Baccalauréat en sciences ou expérience équivalente pertinente. Compétences requises : Connaissances en matière de traitement aseptique et de processus pharmaceutiques. Connaissances en matière de formulation et de dépannage. Excellentes connaissances en matière d'enquête. Connaissances approfondies en matière d'analyse des causes profondes. Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques et connaissances en ingénierie. Maîtrise de l'informatique (Microsoft Office, environnement TrackWise). Bilingue (français et anglais). La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle. Ouvert d'esprit, curieux et méticuleux. Connaissance des principes de fabrication allégée et de la méthode 6 sigma. Solides compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et communicationnelles, et excellentes aptitudes à la rédaction de rapports. Purpose of the Job: Management of the incident reports, investigation, CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action), CAPA Effectiveness as well as process improvements for complete Montreal site of Jubilant HollisterStier. Responsibilities: Manage the investigation process from incident reporting, interviews, gathering of information, root-cause analysis, investigation reports and CAPA generation to meet company and global objectives as well as follow-up of CAPA effectiveness. Ensure that investigations are finalized as per timelines defined in the procedure for Quality Notifications in order to improve productivity and meet on-time delivery. Issue periodically reports for classification of investigations to each department. In collaboration with the different department managers, determine the Corrective Actions, which address immediate concerns for releasing commercial material. From the root cause analysis, guide the investigators to write detailed Preventive Actions to minimize future similar quality events. Generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on outstanding open investigations and outstanding CAPAs and distribute to department managers. Follow-up with each functional area manager or designee on opened items. In conjunction with the training specialist and different department managers, assess if training corrective actions would be required to address any CAPA related to SOPs and/or training. From data trending, identify potential improvement opportunities and create implementation plans with different department managers. Act as quality representative to answer client’s questions and concerns on behalf of JHS Montreal. Performs additional duties as assigned by Management. External Interfaces : Suppliers Clients Internal Interfaces : Operation, Quality, Production, Commercial, Validation, Technical Services Education and Experience : Education Qualification (Highest): BSc in life sciences or pertinent equivalent experience. Experience Required: 5-10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical industry. Skills Required: Knowledge in aseptic processing and pharmaceutical processes. Knowledge of formulation and troubleshooting. Great knowledge in performing investigation. Deep knowledge in root-cause analysis. Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of engineering. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, TrackWise environment). Bilingual (French and English). Proficiency in English is essential. Open minded, curious and meticulous. Aware of the lean manufacturing principles and 6-sigma. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and solid report writing ability. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
