Your Mission In The QA Team You will collaborate with engineering teams to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive end‑to‑end test scenarios that validate complete user journeys across our web, mobile, and backend systems, ensuring successful software releases in production. As a critical member of the QA team, you will strategize, create, and execute end‑to‑end test plans that validate system integration and data flow across multiple platforms. You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert on end‑to‑end testing strategies, cross‑platform validation, and understanding how data flows between frontend, backend, and mobile systems. While the primary focus is end‑to‑end testing, you’ll also support regression testing activities and work with various TouchTunes products including Jukeboxes, Tablets, and Web applications. Your Day‑to‑Day Design and execute end‑to‑end test scenarios validating complete user workflows across Web, Mobile, and Backend systems Develop test cases that verify data flow, API interactions, and system integration points Perform regression testing on new builds across development and production Validate REST API endpoints, request/response payloads, and data transformations Test cross‑platform interactions ensuring seamless data flow from mobile through backend to web interfaces Identify, document, and verify defects across the full technology stack Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture and data flow patterns Participate in QA planning to enhance test coverage by identifying critical integration points Generate and deliver test reports documenting end‑to‑end results, API validation, and system integration status Maintain test environments and data sets for comprehensive testing scenarios Participate in continuous integration and agile development processes Contribute to product release planning and internal training Your Profile 3+ years of QA experience in an agile environment focused on end‑to‑end testing Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android, device compatibility, platform behaviors) Experience with backend/API testing (REST API validation, HTTP methods, status codes, data formats) Understanding of data flow between systems (frontend ↔ backend ↔ database interactions) Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients, or similar) Experience with QA tools such as JIRA, debugging tools (Charles, Wireshark, Fiddler), and test management tools Strong analytical skills to investigate, isolate, and troubleshoot complex issues across system layers Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for test automation (plus) Familiarity with databases and MySQL for data validation Proficiency with mobile development tools (Android Studio, ADB) Experience with Linux/Unix OS (plus) Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively Strong technical background with ability to learn complex products and testing Detail‑oriented troubleshooting skills and committed team‑player attitude Benefits Hybrid Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with both work‑from‑home and in‑office time, with the ability to work anywhere in the world for up to 2 months per year.
