Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Architecte de Solution pour venir compléter notre équipe travaillante et dédiée aux défis technologiques de nos clients. Descriptions des taches du poste:
- Être responsable de l’architecture de solutions et participer au développement des projets clients pour répondre à leur besoin en commerce électronique et création de sites webs.
- Veille à ce que la solution satisfasse aux exigences techniques, fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles ainsi que des normes et de l'architecture du client.
- Veille à la compatibilité de l'implantation de la solution à l'architecture chez le client.
- Travailler avec les gestionnaires de projet et les équipes de développeurs pour s'assurer que les solutions soient livrées à temps, dans le respect du budget et surtout fidèle au scope.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients externes concernant les progrès, les défis, les délais et les résultats finaux des projets des clients.
- Contribue à l'efficacité des projets de développement en analysant, concevant et faisant évoluer l'architecture des environnements des clients en cohérence avec leur structure et leurs besoins actuels et à venir.
- Responsable du backlog.
- Est fréquemment appelé à supporter l'entreprise dans les cycles de vente ainsi que les phases de définition de projets.
- Accompagner les développeurs dans leurs apprentissages et leur progression.
- Contribuer à la cohérence et la qualité des développements en participant aux revues de code et en suivant les bonnes pratiques de développement et de tests.
- Travailler dans un environnement de développement Agile, faire partie de l’équipe SCRUM et contribuer à l’amélioration du fonctionnement interne de l’équipe.
- Au besoin, collaborer avec des fournisseurs et partenaires externes et intégrer leurs systèmes / outils à nos solutions.
- Se maintenir à jour et améliorer les processus internes de développement.
Description des défis à relever
Vous serez chargé de livrer une expérience d'exécution et de livraison efficace, précise et axée sur le client.
Attentes à six mois:
- Conçoit, documente et développe des solutions technologiques conviviales et évolutives selon l’architecture et le cadre de développement du client.
- Connait son domaine d’expertise et est capable de contribuer aux innovations dans les projets.
- Exerce un leadership fonctionnel dans son équipe.
- Démontrer la capacité à développer facilement des bonnes relations interpersonnelles en communiquant efficacement.
Attentes après douze mois:
- Guide l'orientation technologique de Yaksa et le choix de ses outils.
- Maintenir les connaissances les plus récentes sur les nouvelles versions technologiques.
- Participer activement à la résolution de problèmes par ses analyses et sa connaissance approfondie en développement.
- Participer à la recherche et planification de nouveaux projets.
Expérience Recherchée
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en développement Back End (.Net)
- Forte compréhension des fondements et architectures du Web dans un environnement .NET
- Expérience dans l’accompagnement technique de client
- Avoir de l’expérience en architecture - un atout
- Expérience dans le développement de plateformes e-commerce ou CMS tels quel Optimizely, Umbraco, est un plus
- Connaissance des technologies React, VueJS, TypeScript, Azure DevOps, est un plus.
- A de très bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais
- Est autonome: sait planifier et organiser son travail en établissant clairement les priorités.
- Est passionné, aime résoudre des casse-têtes technologiques – peut être consulté dans certains situations ambiguës et complexes.
- Embrasse le changement: n’accepte pas le statu quo.
