Cloud Security Architect Job Description

At Solution SFT, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT Security Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Security Architecture: Develop and maintain cloud security architectures for our cloud-based projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Security Requirements Definition: Define and document security requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
  • Security Solution Selection: Participate in the selection of security solutions and services, contributing to the development of security strategies and initiatives.
  • Cloud Security Program Development: Develop and implement cloud security programs, ensuring the secure deployment of cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of cloud security initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Five years of experience in a Cloud Security Architect role, with a strong background in IT security, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of security architecture and methodology, including TOGAF and SABSA. Knowledge of IT control frameworks, such as NIST and CIS, and a good understanding of IT General Controls.
  • Certifications: AZ 303, AZ500, AWS Solutions Architect, and AWS Cloud Security certifications are an asset.
