Band 4 Locum Pharmacy Technician - Oxford Oxford Role: Locum Pharmacy Technician Banding: Band 4 Location: Oxford Start Date: ASAP End Date: 21/03/2025 Rate: £19 - £22 per hour Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an office-based, non-patient facing role, ideal for those who thrive in a structured environment and are looking to contribute to the healthcare system in a supportive capacity. Duties and Responsibilities: You will perform a variety of office-based tasks with some dispensary work as required. You will support the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assist with office and accounting/finance duties. Qualifications and Experience: Experience/Knowledge: NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician. GCSEs in Maths and English. Office and accounting/finance experience are highly desirable. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential. Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
