We are people who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customer’s homes electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems.What We Are Looking ForWe require energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbers to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.ResponsibilitiesComplete general and specific plumbing inspectionsPromote Right Time products and services on every callMust never sell the customer a repair they do not needMaintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teamsMaintain a clean, fully stocked vehicleMaintain a clean and professional appearanceParticipate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professionalAn accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitudeThe ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and proceduresProvide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer’s homeFeel comfortable requesting online reviews from customersContribute to our high standards of health and safetyEffectively mentor/be mentored by other plumbers on our teamQualificationsJourneyman certification or apprenticeExperience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless systems and boilers).
