OverviewScientific Sales Representative – Victoria, BC (with occasional mainland travel). Are you a science-minded professional with a knack for sales? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join a dynamic team supporting research and scientific innovation. This is your chance to make a real impact while building relationships across the Greater Victoria area, with occasional travel to the mainland 2–3 days per month.What You’ll DoLead your territory by building strong relationships with customers and key decision-makersIdentify new business opportunities and grow existing accountsDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsStay ahead of industry trends and competitors, introducing new products and servicesManage pricing, reporting, and all territory administration with accuracyRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent)Sales experience in any industry – lab experience a plusStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsComfortable using MS Office and other digital toolsWillingness to travel 2–3 days per month to the mainlandWhy This Role MattersThis is more than a sales position – it’s an opportunity to combine your scientific knowledge with commercial skills to help customers solve real-world challenges.
