The Role You Will Play Provide fast and efficient customer service to internal and external customers. Assist, set-up, organize and conduct proper demonstrations of agricultural equipment optimizing the performance of the equipment. Highlight special features, benefits, and advantages over competitive products. Serve as the product expert for Youngs Equipment Inc. Keep current on product knowledge and benefits of specific machines. Diagnose problems and determine repairs, modifications, and/or calibration changes. Be involved with customer clinics hosted by the dealership. Assist the sales department when demonstrating equipment. Also, provide initial start-up/run-in support for the customer. Background Profile Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of agricultural equipment, excellent communication skills-written/verbal, computer experience is essential.
