Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant – TD About the Role TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks a performance‑driven associate to support specialists through credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks. Work Details Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada (primarily remote) Hours: Minimum 15 h per week, up to 37.5 h depending on volume Compensation: $23.37–$31.20 CAD per hour, with potential for progression Employment type: Part‑time, entry‑level Key Responsibilities Handle credit administration and customer documentation for mortgage applications Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and customers, providing timely updates Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, meeting SLA requirements Support the customer journey through the deal process and clarify product or policy details Validate supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulations Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions to appropriate supervisors Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts Accountabilities Represent the bank’s values and code of conduct Contribute to achieving credit quality objectives and sales targets Support the team’s knowledge sharing and performance management Qualifications Minimum 1 year client‑facing or administrative experience Mortgage or credit lending background preferred Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized, self‑starter, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong time‑management and detail orientation; meet/exceed SLA expectations Strong customer‑service skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends Language Requirement (Quebec Only) Sans Objet Benefits Competitive base salary with variable compensation Health and well‑being benefits, savings and retirement plans Paid time off, banking benefits and discounts Career development, mentorship, training, and recognition programs Additional Information Roles are subject to provincial employment regulations.
