Sales Representative – Eastern Region Montreal, QC Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region Summary This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Eastern Region. Location: Montréal, QC Responsibilities Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential. Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts. Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan. Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them. Segmentation of different applications versus clientele. Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments. Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and corporate activities. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and the company's performance culture. Timely completion of all sales administration. Minimum Requirements Technical Degree, Master or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics English/French fluent, excellent communication skills – verbal and written MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object 5 years relevant experience Specific knowledge in the Pneumatic, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster This is a summary of the position profile only, and is intended to summarize the position requirements.
