Summary DMC is currently looking for a dedicated HSE Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, based in Sudbury, ON. In this essential role, the HSE Administrator will work closely with the HSE team to maintain accurate records, assist with training coordination, and provide administrative support for safety programs. Responsibilities Ensure that the computerized HSE information systems are accurate and updated regularly. File, photocopy and complete general HSE administration as required. Schedule training for new employees. Put training packages together and make sure the employee has the pre req’s. Tracking/Controlling documents. Updating training matrix. Submit monthly training matrix to Project Manager. Manage and monitor health and safety documents. Organize and coordinate meetings. Assist with preparation of meeting minutes. Manage compliance documents. Manage Health & Safety calendar. General administrative tasks (sending emails, filing, etc). Perform other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Previous experience in an administrative role. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information We are hiring to fill an existing vacancy. Salary Range is expected to be between $50,000 to $55,000 CAD + short-term incentive plan bonus. Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan. This role will be performed on-site.
