Tech) to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.You will be charged with assessing vehicle damage in terms of mechanical and electrical components. Ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance while producing quality repairs.Does this sound like an exciting challenge? Come be a part of this milestone as we embark on this journey together What You’ll Do Strips and refits parts on damaged vehicles Use diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair electrical faults Fix mechanical damage (engine, suspension, steering) Use computerized equipment for wheel alignment Order necessary parts for vehicles from parts department Prepare invoices for completed work and send them to accounts Ensure repairs flow through workshop and identify issues that lead to failure Be an active team member encouraging a collaborative working environment focused on the customer Deliver on promises to minimize vehicle downtime for customers Maintain quality and technical standards within MET area Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals What You’ll Bring Red Seal - Automotive Service Technician certificate Minimum 3 years of experience in auto repair, preferably as a Dealer Mechanic Additional manufacturer certifications are an asset Experience with ADAS systems preferred Valid driver’s license Commitment to continuous improvement Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure Adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset Excellent customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, identify root causes and develop solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to take direction and perform well under pressure What You’ll Get Competitive base salary based on skills and qualifications Medical and dental benefits Eligibility for annual bonus – depends on performance Group RRSP options Competitive vacation package Career development opportunities and support for professional development Uniforms provided based on role Clean and safe work environment, including on-site showers and break room Please note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
