The Battlefords Treatment Centre is seeking a Site Manager to provide strong leadership and clinical supervision within our addictions treatment program. This role is essential in supporting both staff and clients, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and culturally grounded treatment services.About the RoleThe Site Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the treatment centre and provides direct supervision to the Addictions Counsellor team. This position plays a key role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey while ensuring program excellence, staff development, and adherence to accreditation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Clinical LeadershipProvide leadership, guidance, and clinical supervision to Addictions CounsellorsSupport the development and implementation of individualized client treatment plansManage group dynamics and promote active client participationIdentify and respond to at-risk clients and crisis situationsEnsure ethical practice, professional boundaries, and adherence to policiesOperational ManagementOversee daily site operations and counselling staff schedulesReview and approve timesheets and documentationEnsure accurate client records, reports, and discharge summariesSupport accreditation standards (CARF) and quality assurance processesParticipate in team meetings, training, and supervisionClient SupportProvide one-to-one counselling as neededEncourage client growth across spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-beingSupport clients through recovery-focused programming and experiential practicesMaintain a trauma-informed, respectful, and culturally safe environmentQualifications & SkillsBackground in addictions counselling, social work, or a related fieldExperience providing clinical supervision and team leadershipStrong knowledge of addictions treatment and best practicesAbility to manage crisis situations and support high-needs clientsExcellent communication, organization, and documentation skillsCommitment to ethical conduct, professionalism, and continuous learningWhy Join UsMake a meaningful impact in addictions recoveryWork within a supportive, mission-driven organizationBe part of a team committed to healing, accountability, and community wellness #J-18808-Ljbffr
