INGÉNIEUR EN CIRCULATION (Expression d'intérêt)

GHD étend ses activités en Amérique du Nord et est à la recherche de personnes talentueuses qui souhaitent saisir cette occasion privilégiée. Nous recherchons présentement un ingénieur en circulation pour se joindre à l’équipe de transport de notre bureau de Montréal.

Principales responsabilités:
  1. Développer les services de GHD dans le domaine de l’ingénierie de la circulation.
  2. Collaborer et guider le travail des ingénieurs junior et des techniciens travaillant sur ces projets.
  3. Effectuer la gestion de projets en circulation et travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe d’experts en transport, éclairage et feux de circulation.
  4. Participer à la préparation des offres de services ainsi que de la documentation de soumission.
  5. Effectuer des plans de concept pour d’aménagements géométriques aux intersections, la réalisation d’études d’impacts sur les déplacements et évaluation de la capacité des carrefours et routes.
  6. Analyses de données, de documents et création de synthèses, poses de problématiques, identification des besoins et de solutions, en matière de mobilité durable, tous modes de transport (routier privé, transport collectif, transport actif).
  7. Recherches documentaires.
  8. Analyse d’opérationnelles des intersections et routes.
  9. Conception des plans pour les feux de circulation (phasages et minutages).
  10. Travailler et concevoir des solutions de mobilité, avec une équipe d’ingénieurs et de techniciens hors pair, qui conçoivent les infrastructures de transport.
  11. S'assurer que tous les documents produits sont réalisés conformément aux normes en vigueur.
  12. Analyse de données de modélisations ou modélisations de transports, au(x) niveau(x) micro et méso à l’aide d’au moins un des logiciels suivants: VISSIM, AIMSUN, SYNCHRO/SimTraffic, Arcady, Sidra, TRANSCAD, VISUM ou équivalent.
  13. Prévisions de la demande en déplacements.
  14. Participation à l’identification de pré-concepts d’infrastructures de transport (routier, collectif, actif) selon les normes en vigueur.
  15. Effectuer des audits de sécurité et des analyses de collision.
  16. Participer à l’élaboration de présentation techniques auprès des clients.
  17. Rédiger des rapports techniques.
  18. Planifier et assurer le suivi et l’exécution du mandat.
Formation et compétences:

Posséder un baccalauréat en génie civil; Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie du transport/circulation, expérience idéalement acquise dans une firme de génie conseil; Être membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Ontario sera un grand atout; Excellente approche centrée sur le client et intérêt marqué pour le développer des affaires; Bon communicateur, leadership et fortes habiletés relationnelles; Facilité à gérer multiples projets de front; Vision stratégique clairement démontrée; Grande capacité d’analyse et de synthèse; Bilinguisme (français et anglais) tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; Expérience confirmée en modélisation et simulation des conditions de circulation à l’aide des logiciels Synchro et VISSIM; Bonne maitrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et des logiciels de conception (Autocad, Microstation); Posséder un permis de conduire et un véhicule; Posséder la carte ASP Construction.
