Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Then we want to hear from you As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to employees or candidates navigating the immigration process. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with employees or candidates to understand immigration goals, eligibility, and specific circumstances.
- Provide personalized advice based on individual needs, including visa options, permanent residency, and citizenship pathways.
- Prepare and review immigration applications, including but not limited to Express Entry, Family Sponsorship, PNP, LMIA, PR and any other programs that Immigration Canada offers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- File applications with relevant government authorities, adhering to deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Stay current with Canadian immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
- Ensure that all applications comply with legal requirements and guidelines.
- Represent individuals professionally and ethically throughout the process.
- Maintain strong relationships with individuals, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates.
- Manage expectations and communicate realistic timelines for application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, case details, and application progress.
- Organize and manage client files securely.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed RCIC:Hold a valid license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.
- Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration consulting.
- Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration processes, programs, and categories.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulous in preparing and reviewing application documents.
- Ethical Conduct:Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality.
