Tech Support - Identity & Access Management HighSpring is looking for a Tech Support - Identity & Access Management to assist our client with daily access management tasks and user support. This role focuses on handling access requests, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring users receive the right permissions efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities Process access requests (creation, modification, removal) across various systems and applications. Assist users with login issues, permission errors, and general access troubleshooting. Support periodic access reviews and help validate user permissions with business teams. Maintain documentation and ensure changes follow internal security guidelines. Provide necessary information for audits and compliance activities. Contribute to improving IAM workflows and suggesting operational enhancements. Requirements Background in IT support, security operations, or IAM. Familiarity with identity platforms such as Azure AD or similar tools. Understanding of basic access control principles (least privilege, RBAC). Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot user access issues efficiently. Nice to Have Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge.
