What You’ll Be Doing Study and summarize existing machine learning algorithms and frameworks used within the team and company. Apply one or more machine learning techniques to make predictions on decisions that potentially appear during simulation. Dynamically refine predictions as more information becomes available during the simulation process. Summarize findings and present research achievements to the team. What You’ll Need Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program at a Canadian university. Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computational Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physics. Familiarity with machine learning and prior experience with ML-related projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (strongly preferred) and C++. Understanding of the physics of electromagnetics. PhD students are strongly preferred. Key Program Facts Program Length: May 2026 – August 2026 (Full-Time, 40 hours per week) Location: Canada (specific city or remote options may be available) Working Model: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work, details to be discussed) Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Start Date: May 2026 Salary Information: The base salary range across Canada for this role is between $38.00-$43.00 CAD per hour.
