ESW Building Services Inc Senior Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial health. Duties Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections Conduct bank reconciliations and perform account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects related to corporate finance and financial services Skills Extensive experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes Proficiency in bookkeeping, auditing, and account analysis techniques Ability to perform budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll management effectively Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and financial services industry standards Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals seeking a challenging role that leverages their technical expertise in various accounting software platforms while contributing significantly to the organization's financial operations.
