WE ARE HIRING: STUDIO MANAGER – PART TIME POSITIONLocation: Roncesvalles | 20 hrs/week | $22 / hrTO APPLYPlease send a brief cover letter and CV to customerservice@mnross.com.Interviews will begin the week of February 15th.DETAILSWe are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude, has an interest in fashion and style, a people person who is detail oriented, proficient in written communication, organized and will contribute to the success of the brand.The Studio Manager will be responsible for customer service, processing & fulfilling orders, shipping, keeping track of inventory, quality control, contributing to content for social media and running errands within downtown Toronto.DAY TO DAY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:CUSTOMER & STORE RELATIONSLabelling and packaging orders with careResponding to e‑mails and phone messages, addressing customer and store inquiriesGreeting in‑store customers to ensure everyone feels welcome and cared forDevelop and cultivate strong relationships with both customers and wholesale accounts through one‑on‑one interactions whether in person or onlineWholesale account management, including invoicing, following up on payments and store requests (such as photos, support materials, etc.)Performing store opening and closing tasksMaintaining general organization and cleanliness of studio spaceMARKETING & ONLINE MANAGEMENTEnsuring website stock is up‑to‑dateUpon request, assistance with newsletter and website managementLiaising with stylists regarding “stylist pulls” from MRS’s collectionsSeeking out appropriate press opportunitiesADMINISTRATIVERunning errands in the Toronto downtown coreSupporting bookkeeper by providing receipts and reports as neededPricing calculations for new and as needed current productsMiscellaneous administrative tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
