MPA are retained by a leader in Cardiology and Diagnostic Services to recruit for a PET CT Technologist to join their team in Mississauga. The client is Ontario’s leading imaging group, providing a range of radiology and cardiology imaging modalities.In this role you will be responsible for working alongside patients to perform PET CT scans. The position is open to full-time, part time or casual hours for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesEnsure patient identification, safety and preparation procedures are correct before starting nuclear medicine examinations.Ensure relevant patient history is documented.Inform supervisor, or designated person, of unusual or abnormal cases.Set up and adjust nuclear medicine equipment, maintaining established protocol.Monitor supplies and notify supervisor of shortages.Ensure all quality control assessments are performed as required.Rest and Stress myocardial imaging.Rest and stress MUGA’s.Clean, tidy and disinfect nuclear medicine equipment and change rooms.Current and valid Certificate of Registration with CMRITOKnowledge and proficiency in general nuclear medicine procedures.Maintain current CPR and First Aid certificate.Strong Salary ranges based upon experience and skillset alongside leading health benefits and professional development opportunities.If this opportunity would be of interest to you please send an up to date resume to james.mcnamee@mparecruitment.ca to initiate a confidential conversation.Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Health Care ProviderIndustries: Medical Practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
