Overview ADP is hiring a Senior Workforce Planning Consultant / Conseiller(ère) principal(e) en planification de l’effectif to provide strategic workforce management expertise and support across multiple business lines. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging strong business knowledge, analytical skills, and workforce expertise to drive decisions that optimize performance and align with organizational goals. Apply now Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to multiple business lines, providing workforce insights, and influencing decisions to support both short-term and long-term business objectives. Lead workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and scheduling analysis to enable operational efficiency and service excellence. Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders, informing resource allocation and short-term adjustments as well as long-term workforce strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business priorities and client needs. Build strong relationships with senior management, clearly communicating workforce impacts and helping leaders stay aligned with priorities. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvements in workforce management practices. Represent the Workforce Management function in executive discussions, providing thought leadership and guidance on strategic workforce planning. Requirements & Qualifications 7+ years of business operations, consulting, or workforce management experience, with strong exposure to strategy and planning. Proven ability to communicate with impact, influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data, models, and forecasting tools. Strong leadership and project management capabilities; ability to lead initiatives cross-functionally. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Note for Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec-based roles; English proficiency is also required due to the global nature of the business and interaction with ADP headquarters and international sites.
