We are a full-service supplier of fertilizer, pest management products, including biologicals, bees, seeds and other consumable goods to the greenhouse, nursery and specialty horticulture industries in Canada and the USA.We are looking to add (position is vacant) an ERP Specialist to our IT team in the Leamington location. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic, a self-starter, and passionate about making a difference, then you are exactly who we are looking forBase pay rangeCA$85,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yrRole and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for our SYSPRO ERP systemLead ERP strategy and process improvement initiativesPerform project management and change management for ERP projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutionsManage third party support partners and escalate issues as neededMonitors system performance and ensure reliabilityCoordinate software releases, fixes, and upgradesEnsure compliance with security standards and company policiesCreate and maintain documentation for processes and user supportProvide training and support to end-usersParticipate in enhancement projects and work with systems integratorsAssist in other IT department tasks as requiredEducation and ExperienceExtensive experience with ERP systems, preferably SYSPRO (minimum 5 years).Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules, and integration points.Experience managing ERP upgrades and customizationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with MS SQL Server databasesExperience with SQL Server Reporting Services and PowerBI is an asset.Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, business systems or related fieldWhat we offerSalary $85,000 - $95,000 /yearLearning and development opportunitiesEmployer matched RRSPDiscretionary bonus and morePlant Products is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, beginning with the hiring process.
